President - Principal Officer of the organization with a minimum of two years commitment in the role is required. Subject to the direction and control of the Board, the President shall see that the resolutions and directives of the Board are carried into effect, and, in general, shall discharge all duties incident to the office of President and as prescribed by the Board. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and at all meetings of the membership, except in those instances in which the authority to execute is expressly delegated to another Officer/Director of the organization. The President may execute for the organization all contracts, deeds, conveyances, mortgages, bonds, and other instruments in writing that may be required or authorized by the Board of Directors. The President shall appoint members to standing committees, establish and appoint members to other committees. The President will be a voting ex-officio member of all Board committees. 

President serves as a liaison between CICBN membership and WorldatWork with respect to coordinating course offerings for members, providing updates to the Board on WorldatWork related issues, providing WorldatWork publications and educational materials to the membership and attending the annual National WorldatWork as a representative of CICBN. He or she may from time to time delegate this work to another members of the CICBN Board of Directors or Officers or other persons as they so choose.   

Vice President & Treasurer - Responsible for preparation of the proposed annual budget and shall keep (or cause to be kept) records belonging to CICBN. They will present to the Membership and to the Board of Directors at their respective annual meetings a report of the finances of CICBN and will from time to time make such other reports to the Board of Directors as it may require. In the absence or disability of the President will perform such duties as may be assigned to him or her by the President. In the case of a vacancy in the office of President during a term, the Vice President & Treasurer shall serve as President for the remaining portion of the term. They shall perform other duties and exercise such powers as the President may assign. He or she shall attend all Board meetings. A minimum term of two year commitment is required. 

Secretary of CICBN - Responsible for keeping the organization's records. Shall keep (or cause to be kept) the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors and membership. The Secretary shall give or cause to be given all notices of the meetings of the Board of Directors and other notices required by law or by these by-laws. The Secretary shall be responsible for the keeping of all books, correspondence, committee minutes and papers relating to the business of CICBN, except those of the Treasurer. A minimum term of two year commitment is required.

Program Director - Attends all Board meetings and serves as the chairperson of the Program Committee.  Plans regularly scheduled meetings; arranges for speakers, meeting locations; and surveys CICBN membership for desired topics. The Program Director will regularly seek membership input on programs of specific interest to provide value to members. He or she may from time to time delegate this work to members of the Program Committee and or collaborate with members of the CICBN Board or other officers as appropriate to accomplish program goals. A minimum term of two year commitment is required. 

Technology & Communications Director - Attends all Board meetings and coordinates most aspects of communicating with the CICBN members. Works closely with the Program Director and the rest of the Board of Directors to update website content and ensure that all communications are timely, accurate, and of professional quality. Explores ways to incorporate and leverage different communication channels to help engage members. May engage a committee of volunteers to facilitate internet social media and online community discussions to encourage interaction among members.  Serves as  contact with external partners, employers and members regarding job postings, sponsorships, collaborations and other technology and communications needs. Works closely with website hosting vendor to ensure contents and communications are properly managed and protected. A minimum term of two year commitment is required.
